Characterized by the flavors and mildness of milk, its fusion with scallops manifests excellent performance. It's the world's first ramen that has milk as soup. If you boil seafood, especially raw scallops, into a soup and then use the boiled broth as ramen soup, then you can enjoy an even more special scallop milk ramen (as shown in the cooking sample on the bag).
