Feature
It is a reprinted version of "Omori Nori" which had been collected in Omori and Haneda areas of Tokyo Bay until 1964. You can enjoy its plump (algae sprouts) and crunchy texture. We asked veteran fishermen in Kumamoto and Saga prefectures, to collect the original raw algae by a fishing method at that time. Also, depending on state of dried laver, although, it is common in the market to perform "heating processing" furthermore, we use "low temperature aging dryer", but not ordinary heating processing, and dry thoroughly and so it was finished excellent with full of triplets of "flavor", "umami" and "texture". The image is a comparison photo of ordinary Nori (50 sheets / left) and Omori Nori (50 sheets / right).

Use scene
As it is a plump and crunchy dried laver, it is the most extravagant to eat it as it is. As shown in the photograph, it is superb for hand-rolled sushi.

Producer's comment
I did not think of using a fishing method of Tokyo Bay, which my father would tell me. Because there are lots of losses during production, I did not normally produce it, but as a supporting push of Mr Morohan was so much that I produced it . I was amazed to get more delicious laver than I had expected. By Mr Chino in Saga Prefecture
