    Feature
They are a thin salted Ume plums with Nantakume, which are the most produced in Wakayama Prefecture in Japan. We finished them with a thin salt while taking advantage of the original flavor of Ume plums. The balance of salt, sourness, sweetness and umami is good, so they can be used widely for cooking and Shochu adding hot water. The salt content is about 10%.
