After pickling in a special salt-rice-malt and taking Umami out of domestic yellowtail and blowfish caught at Noto, it was finished by grilling in hot flames. You can enjoy its deliciousness of fresh state of food, which was minimized the destruction of cells by freezing in proton freezing machine. A set of yellowtail which is called a success fish in other word and blowfish which is said to bring good luck is a perfect gift.
