    Dried abalone, and it is said that one of the 4 best-known Chinese ocean taste (of dried abalone and, dried sea cucumber, shark fin and swallows nests) among a wide range of Chinese food. Dried abalone, ami abalone (Oami dried abalone), along with kippin abalone (Yoshihama kanpou, Kippin kanpou) dried abalone (Oma dried abalone) is one of the 3 great abalone (high class dried abalone). Ami abalone (Oami abalone) is thick large compared to Kippin abalone (Yoshimaha kanpou, Kippin kanpou). "Kippin abalone" and "Ami abalone" were exported from the Edo period, as a luxury foodstuff to China, the production was ceased in about 1955. In Heisei, led the local Yoshihama fisheries cooperative association, they was revived by trial and error based on the old "manufacturing method instruction".     干し鮑は、幅広い中華料理の中でも ・中国四大海味 (干し鮑、干しナマコ、フカヒレ、ツバメの巣) の一つといわれています。 干し鮑の中でも ・ 網鮑(大網乾鮑) は、 ・ 吉品鮑(吉浜乾鮑、キッピンカンポウ) ・禾麻鮑(大間乾鮑) と並び、 三大名鮑 (最高級の干し鮑) の一つです。 ・ 網鮑(大網乾鮑) は、 ・ 吉品鮑(吉浜乾鮑、キッピンカンポウ) に比べ、大型で肉厚です。 「吉品鮑」「網鮑」は、 江戸時代から高級食材として中国などに輸出されていましたが、昭和30年頃に生産が途絶えました。平成になり、地元の吉浜漁協が中心となり、昔の「製法伝授書」を元に試行錯誤を繰り返し復活しました。 弊社の商品は、国産の高級鮑を厳選し、日本古来の伝統的な手法により、充分に時間を掛けて製造した物を生産者から、独自ルートで直接仕入れた最高級品です。
